Dune BD Prime Mediaplayer
Many folks have to deal with the WAF ("wife acceptance factor") before they pile the AV gear up in the living room. Sure, she'll allow the cable box, and a disc player, but beyond that it gets to be an uphill battle. This is the constant situation that has kept media players from moving beyond niche status.
The latest trend is combining functionality. Why settle for a run of the mill Blu-ray box when you can have more functionality built right into the same box? The latest contender is the Dune BD Prime Mediaplayer with Blu-ray Support. This do-it-all box builds in functionality to connect to the internet, and enough codecs to support just about any audio or video file you throw at it (including DivX, Xvid, H264, WMV9 among others). It also has options for connecting via Ethernet, Wireless N, and SATA ports.
The downside that I see is that it's only available in Europe for €449 so only those across the pond will have all this fun. You can read a fairly detailed review of it here.

Amazing player, looks great (especially compared to other media players)
got mine from digitalera.co.uk it came with a hard drive for downloading and i love it..
