Posted by Andy Boxall

KnowingBlu-ray After a couple of less than stellar weeks of new releases, will this week be any better?

US Releases for the 7th July.

Knowing.
Alex Proyas lets Nic Cage loose with knowledge of impending doom.  He then explains his actions in a commentary, which along with a making-of and Visions of the Apocalypse documentary, competes the extras package on this disc.

The Unborn - Unrated.
Horror based around the Jewish legend of the Dybbuk.  Some deleted scenes and a DTS-HD audio track are featured.  Not sure if the case has the same lenticular cover as the UK, though.

Push.
Paul McQuigan's movie about government created telekinetics includes a commentary with the cast and crew.

The Deep.
Sunken treasure and Jacqueline Bisset await in Peter Benchley's other adapted water movie.  A documentary and scenes from the three hour special edition are included.

Night Train.
A making-of documentary and interviews with the cast and crew are featured on this Danny Glover-starring thriller.

Iron Maiden: Flight 666 The Movie.
Made by the same filmmakers as the Metal: A Headbanger's Journey, this charts the infamous rockers round the world tour in 2008.

Also released are Grumpy Old Men and all five currently available Harry Potter movies, all with 'Movie Cash' to spend on seeing the latest installment.

Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
The Making-of documentary and conversation with Michele Yeoh seem to be the only extras.  A steelbook edition is available too.
