The Crazies.

George A. Romero's lesser known 70s horror, this time with virus-infected maniacs taking the place of zombies, is getting a Blue Underground Blu-ray release on the 26th February 2010.  A commentary with Romero and an interview with Lynn Lowry are the only extras to be announced and the movie will be in 1080p with DTS-HD audio.

The Rocky Horror Picture Show.

The cult horror musical is coming in 2010, the film's 35th anniversary year.  The date and the extras are all to be announced, but we expect this to be a big release.

District 9.

Out on the 29th December, the District 9 Blu-ray will also include a playable demo of the PS3 title God of War III.  This is an interesting move and although there is no clear connection between the movie and the game, we can see this working very well for big name films and their game tie-ins in the future.  Besides, anything which adds value to a Blu-ray disc is a good thing.
