Rumours and News:

Twilight: New Moon.

It's only just about to hit the big screen and the rumours of its HD home release are already doing the rounds.  It seems the 15th March 2010 is the current favourite for UK fans, with the USA joining it the day after.

Magnolia: Director's Cut.

The Paul Thomas Anderson masterpiece has a 25th January 2010 release date in the UK and is being listed as a Director's Cut of the movie.  No further details are given, but our understanding was that the theatrical cut was PTA's preferred version, so we're wondering if it's merely re-inserted deleted scenes?  More as soon as we hear.

Magnavox Blu-ray Player for $78?

A leaked Black Friday sale advert for Wal-Mart suggests they will be selling the Magnavox NB500MG1F on the big day.  Aside from the different suffix, we would imagine this is the same machine seen during the last set of sales from the company.  If you don't are about BD-Live, then this is a serious bargain!
