News and Rumours:Who Dares Wins.
This British SAS movie gets a two-disc Blu-ray release on the 5th April. The director and the producer provide a commentary track and there are interviews with the high-profile cast members including Roger Moore and Honor Blackman, plus a making-of documentary. Quite an impressive set for this movie!
Studio Canal.A new trailer reveals some of the great movies Studio Canal are bringing to Blu-ray later this year. Mulholland Drive and The Elephant Man are two standouts, joined by Peeping Tom, The Deer Hunter, The Go-Between, The Graduate, Breathless and The Third Man.
The Sound of Music.It's looking likely that The Sound of Music will hit Blu-ray before the end of the year. Although it's not a special anniversary, we would expect this to be presented as a special edition, improving on the already impressive DVD sets. Here is a trailer for the release, but don't expect anything to be given away!
