LG's 3D Blu-ray Plans Leaked
It's not often a manufacturer accidentally leaks a roadmap of some of their most important products for the coming year, but LG did so by sharing a Google Docs spreadsheet, which was then tipped to CNET. Their article has since disappeared from their site, but not before other tech blogs picked the story up!
Among a selection of 3D televisions scheduled for a March or April release date, the BD580 3D Blu-ray player was also mentioned. Arriving during April, LG will also have active-shutter 3D glasses for sale too. The BD580 will presumably join the BD590, displayed at CES earlier this year, in the 2010 range.
We will bring you more news on LG's 3D Blu-ray plans as soon as they are officially announced.
