This Week's New Blu-ray Releases - 13th April 2010

Here is a rundown of this week's major new Blu-ray releases in the UK and USA.

US Releases for the 13th April:

Pirate Radio.

Known elsewhere as The Boat that Rocked, this scattershot affair has a commentary with Richard Curtis and some of the actors, plus deleted scenes and Pocket BLU support.

Apollo 13: 15th Anniversary Edition.

Aside from similar features found on the 10th Anniversary DVD, you also get Pocket BLU support and U-Control features.

A Nightmare on Elm Street.

The classic horror contains Focus Points throughout the film, two commentary tracks, alternate endings and three featurettes on the movie and its influence.

UK Releases for the 12th April:

Alvin & The Chipmunks 2: The Squeakquel.

Available separately or as part of a boxset with the first movie.

Being Human: Series 2.

Also available as part of a boxset with the first series.

Law Abiding Citizen.

The Blu-ray contains the Director's Cut of the movie, plus behind the scenes and visual effects featurettes.

The Descent: Part 2.

The disc contains a commentary track, deleted scenes and a making-of featurette.
